While I have not been making new caption images lately, I have still been working on various other projects. Including the following TF/TG related comic. Its called,
Curse of the Bottle, and its illustrated by a talented DeviantArtist
Mr-DNA. He has drawn
several similarly themed comics in
the past (written and commissioned by others), and I've been itching to commission my own. I like writing, and I especially like comic script writing. So it was a good opportunity for me to see how an artist can take a written script and turn it into final artwork.
I know in this Blog's introduction I say I am not a fan of 'Magical Transformations'. And that's true. But when you only have 3 pages to work with you have to keep it simple (I suppose that's why Magical TG is so popular in the first place). Also I was trying to write something in the artist's typical style.
I'm very happy how this came out, and I hope to commission another in the near future.
Of course, with his luck, the next person to come along will be a girl who wishes to be immortal, infinitely beautiful, and eternally pregnant. Oh, whoops! That's my wish!

ReplyDeleteAnd yeah, I too like fully realized TG comics. That's why I finally bit the bullet and commissioned one. But its so expensive.
